1 Introduction

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each person is permitted to hold only one KKPH account. Opening multiple accounts — whether to access additional bonuses, circumvent account restrictions, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited. KKPH uses technical and manual verification processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and associated balances forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your KKPH account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information, including using a pseudonym or another person's details, is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your KKPH login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. KKPH will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

KKPH operates under Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. Before processing withdrawal requests above a specified threshold, or at any time when we consider verification necessary, we may request copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of the payment method used. This is a regulatory and security requirement, not an optional step.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

KKPH accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine-local payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash, Maya, and other e-wallets are typically credited to your KKPH balance near-instantly. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay may take up to 30 minutes; PESONet transfers may take up to one banking day. KKPH is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by KKPH within 1–3 business days of approval. Before a withdrawal is approved, KKPH may require completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests must use the same method as the original deposit wherever technically possible. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

4.4 Currency

All balances, bets, and transactions on KKPH are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). KKPH does not accept cryptocurrency or foreign currency deposits.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible KKPH players as specified in the individual terms of each offer. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to verified players who have made a qualifying deposit and met any other conditions specified on the promotion page.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion. For example, a bonus of ₱500 with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of ₱10,000 before withdrawal is permitted. 5.3 One Bonus at a Time

Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. If you wish to opt out of a bonus before completing its wagering requirements, contact KKPH support — however, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon opting out.

5.4 Abuse and Misuse

KKPH reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonuses if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, collusion with other players, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to complete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent.

6 Games and Betting Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games offered on KKPH — including jackpot slots, poker, and live table games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness. Sports betting odds are compiled using actuarial and statistical methods. KKPH does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.2 Sportsbook Rules

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using KKPH to launder proceeds of illegal activity, or funding your account with misappropriated funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, sports betting, or any other game format.
• Exploiting Software Bugs: Using technical vulnerabilities, exploits, or automation software (bots) to gain an unfair advantage.
• Chargeback Abuse: Initiating payment chargebacks after using funds for gameplay without a legitimate dispute basis.
• Impersonation: Creating an account using another person's identity or personal information.
• Underage Gaming: Registering or allowing a person under 21 years of age to use your account.
• Market Manipulation: Placing bets designed to distort market odds or exploit pricing errors discovered through non-public information.

8 Privacy and Data

KKPH collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By creating an account on KKPH, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Your data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve the KKPH platform. KKPH does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

9 Responsible Gaming

KKPH is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. We recognise that for some players, gaming can become a problem — and we take that seriously.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 By KKPH

KKPH may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud or prohibited conduct, or if we are required to do so to comply with applicable law or regulatory direction. In cases of suspected fraud, associated balances may be held pending investigation.

10.2 By You

You may close your KKPH account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, any outstanding bonus funds will be forfeited. Verified balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Account closure does not release you from any outstanding financial obligations to KKPH.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. KKPH may apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. You will be notified before any such fee is applied. Balances that reach zero due to inactivity fees will result in automatic account closure.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KKPH shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the platform or inability to access it.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.
• Technical failures, server outages, or third-party payment provider delays that are outside KKPH's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits KKPH's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

KKPH's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the net deposit amount credited to your account in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Changes to These Terms

KKPH reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify you via the email address registered to your account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. A notice will also be displayed prominently on the KKPH website.

Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute, KKPH encourages you to first contact our support team so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

KKPH will cooperate fully with any relevant Philippine regulatory bodies in the investigation and resolution of complaints that cannot be resolved between KKPH and the player directly.
