No. KKPH strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in permanent account suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you've forgotten your login details, use the Forgot Password option or contact support@kkph.best.

You can update some details like your contact number and communication preferences directly from your account settings after logging in. However, changes to core identity information such as your full name or date of birth require manual review for security reasons. Contact our support team with supporting documentation and we'll process the update for you.

If you'd like to close your account, you can request permanent self-exclusion through your account settings under the Responsible Gaming section, or email us at support@kkph.best. Before closure, make sure to withdraw any remaining balance. Once closed permanently, the account cannot be reopened. If you just need a break, consider our temporary self-exclusion options instead.

GCash deposits to KKPH are processed in real time — your balance should be updated within seconds of a successful transaction. If your deposit doesn't appear after 10 minutes, check your GCash transaction history to confirm the payment went through. If confirmed on the GCash side but not reflected in KKPH, contact our support team with your transaction reference number and we'll resolve it quickly.

The minimum may vary slightly for card payments depending on your bank's transaction limits. There is no maximum deposit cap set by KKPH, though individual payment providers may impose their own transfer limits.

Withdrawals via GCash and Maya are typically processed within 1–3 business hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet may take up to 1–2 business days. Common reasons for withdrawal delays include: incomplete KYC verification, an active bonus with wagering requirements not yet met, or a technical issue with the payment provider.
